He is being sued by photographer Mauel,who said he was roughed up by the Justin bodyguard
According to the photographer Mauel ,who said back in 2014 Justin was emerging from a Florida night club when Mauel snapped him some pics
Alcoholic or emotional whatever state Justin was in,he was none too happy being snapped and so sent his bodyguard after him.
His bodyguard Dwayne Patterson chased Munoz into local subway,where he beat him up to retrieve the photos
Justin now has 30 days to return to Miami to be questioned by Munoz attorney.
The singer is now in Europe and he is heading to the UK and Dublin from October 11 to November 2
